House Rewiring and Old Wiring Repair in Garland, TX
Cloth-insulated branch circuits, knob-and-tube leftovers in the attic, aluminum wiring from the seventies. Replaced room by room so you can keep living in the house while we work.
Old wiring rarely fails all at once. It shows up as a warm switch plate, a light that flickers when the AC starts, or an outlet that stopped working years ago and nobody ever fixed. We open enough of it to see what you actually have before quoting anything.
On a phased rewire we work one area at a time, fish new runs through attics and walls where we can, and patch small and neatly where we cannot. Kitchens and baths get GFCI protection, bedrooms get AFCI protection, and every new circuit lands on a labeled breaker.
For aluminum branch circuits, remediation of the connections is often the right call instead of a full rewire. We will price both and explain the difference in plain terms.
